Jaden Hair - Steamy Kitchen

Born in Hong Kong but raised in the heartland of America, Jaden Hair is a cooking teacher, food writer and up-and-coming television star who teaches Asian cooking - dishes that are fast, fresh and simple for tonight's supper.

She authors the award-winning food blog, SteamyKitchen.com and pens a weekly food column in the Tampa Tribune newspaper. Her first cookbook, Steamy Kitchen will be released September '09.
